New Patient Coordinator
When it comes to our new patients, I serve as a tour guide, an information gatherer, a treatment coordinator, and a financial coordinator. I enjoy educating patients about orthodontic care, teaching them about what we do, and watching them get excited about achieving the best smile possible. It’s great to work for doctors when you are confident in their work. I believe that the result that we deliver will be the best possible outcome for our patients.
I’ve been married to Michael for 30 years. We have two daughters, Morgan and Lauren, who are grown and are both doing well in their respective job fields. We also have a pug named Hogan. Now that the girls are out of the house, my husband and I spend our time at the shooting range, archery range, camping, canoeing, or hunting. We love to be in our Jeep with the top down headed to the mountains!
I am responsible for all facets of the financing in the office. I am here to help the patients with their contracts, payments, and collections. We believe that it’s important that our patients receive the care they need, when they need it, so I’ll do everything I can to find a financial plan that works with a patient’s budget.
I am coming up on 30 years of marriage to my high school sweetheart. We settled in Kent Island and have raised three beautiful daughters. I have one wonderful son-in-law and a new baby granddaughter due June of this year. In my leisure time, I love taking pictures and have become the family historian. I spend my time away from work with my family and friends and I am an avid Baltimore Orioles baseball and Ravens football fan.
As the marketing director, I handle all advertising, promotional marketing, community relations, and gift giving. I am responsible for connecting our doctors with all the pediatric, general, and family dentists in and around the Annapolis and Kent Island area. My job enables me to network and be creative which is why I love it!
At home, I have a daughter and a dog. I love experiencing new things, outdoor activities, playing soccer, and being around/on the water. I’m an avid Baltimore Ravens and Washington Capitals fan as well so I enjoy going to games when I can with my daughter!
Orthodontic Assistant/Insurance Coordinator
I love working with our doctors as they help patients develop beautiful, confident smiles! Sitting chairside, I offer a second pair of hands during procedures. At the same time, I talk with our patient about what we’re doing and check that they’re comfortable. I also process insurance claims, ensuring patients get the most from their benefits and don’t stress about paperwork. I am so happy to work in a friendly, supportive office, where I’m surrounded by smiles!
I was raised on the Eastern Shore and am a Queen Anne’s County High School graduate. My husband Michael and I have two daughters, Sydney and Morgan, and a dog named Buddy. I love to spend my free time with family camping or at the beach.
As the Insurance Coordinator, I work with patients to ensure they get the most from their benefits. I process insurance claims, follow up on all inquiries and take the stress out of insurance for our patients. You may also see me welcoming new patients to the office and walking them through the process of starting orthodontic care with our office.
I grew up in Montgomery County, MD and moved to Annapolis after getting married to Tim in 2005. We have two beautiful daughters, Abbie and Sophie who love school and field hockey. Our rescue pup, Hayley keeps us all busy too! I love being near the water so you will often find me at the beach or pool. I love trying out new recipes, hanging out with friends and reading good books!
I was raised on the Eastern Shore and graduated from Chesapeake College in 2020 with my associates degree in Allied Health. My husband Jeremy and I have been married for two years and are raising our beautiful 4 month old baby girl, Paisley. In my free time I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, baking, and being outdoors.
